BALTIC MASKS
Mask batch identification and procurement traceability
Published by Baltic Masks · 2026-10-15
Keep the product model, sales SKU, manufacturing batch and shipment reference separate. They answer different questions: what was ordered, which design it uses, which production lot was supplied and how the goods reached the buyer.
A practical receiving record
- Supplier, order reference and delivery date.
- Complete model, SKU, pack size and received quantity.
- LOT or batch number exactly as printed on the supplied packaging.
- Manufacturing date, expiry and storage instructions where provided.
- Document names, issue or revision dates and model correspondence.
- Photographs of the received labels and a note of discrepancies.
Check the source and date of a document
A technical data sheet describes a model. A batch-specific statement refers to identified goods. A type-examination certificate has its own scope and printed validity. The date a file was uploaded or this page was updated does not renew any of those documents.
Resolve a mismatch before accepting the supply
If model, batch, expiry or document references do not agree, record the mismatch and ask for clarification before relying on the goods for their intended use. Send the model, order reference, label photographs and the file in question to our team. Keep the supplier response with your receiving record.
